What we do.
We get our clients noticed. And by getting them noticed, they invariably get more business. And then our clients are happy and they stay with us. Which is why many of our clients have been with us for 5, 8, 10 years and more.
How do we do it?
Public relations is not a science, it’s an art. Yes, we’d all like to be able to map out a plan and stick to every word of it. We’d like to build a deck or write a spreadsheet and then check the boxes like clockwork.
But it doesn’t quite work that way. PR is mercurial. It’s a bit of a mystery to many, which is why some potential clients want to seize control. But control and PR aren’t often in the same galaxy. So, of course, we do develop serious strategies, and execute them tactically. And we do build plans and decks and spreadsheets on day #1. But by day #365, they usually look very different.
We make the complex simple.
The media’s attention span is unpredictable. They’re looking for new, new, new, so we have to make the old, old, old, sexy and persuasive...but believable. Succeeding at PR has to do with a combination of intelligence -- in all senses of the word, connections, passion, truthfulness and timing. Oh yes, and luck.
It has to do with siphoning a client’s message into what a journalist wants to hear. It has to do with discovering an unexpected opportunity and then leaping at it. And it has much to do with trust: fib to a journalist one too many times, and all your messaging gets ignored.

Is it just PR?
Actually, it can be all forms of communications. For some clients it’s PR only. For others we also handle marketing…graphic design…advertising. We design websites…brochures. We translate some clients’ messaging into English, and for others, we translate fractured English into beautiful English. We do it all.
Is it just newspapers and magazines?
Good heavens, no. It’s television. It’s radio. It’s the Internet. It’s blogs.
It’s all about social media. We are gurus of monitoring, understanding and getting the best from Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Case Studies
Every client has special messages to convey, and our job is to manufacture intelligent and successful strategies to convey them. Each client’s needs and messages are different and we produce intelligent, creative, unprecedented strategies to gain exceptional coverage. But how we do it is a private approach agreed by the client and executed by us. We recognize that a potential client wants to understand how we perform coups. But the work we do for each client is owned by them and we respect their confidentiality. We’re happy to discuss our decision-making and thinking privately with a potential client, but we think it’s inappropriate to share those tactics in a public forum.
Anything else?
We fine tune our activity to each client’s needs, vision and budget. The sky’s the limit. We arrange spectacular events – from lunch for two to a concert and reception for 3,000. We help clients rebrand themselves. We orchestrate fashion shoots, always ensuring the client receives the coverage it deserves.
