QUENTIN TARANTINO LOVED HIS STAY IN ISRAEL

Award-winning film director, Quentin Tarantino, gushed to the hotel’s guestbook about his stay at The Dan Tel Aviv in Israel.

Tarantino surprised the crowd with his knowledge of Israeli films when he opened the annual Jerusalem Film Festival early July. During the festival’s ceremony, Tarantino was honored with a special Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to cinematic arts by Minister of Culture, Miri Regev, and Jerusalem mayor, Nir Barkat.

The Dan Tel Aviv is considered the Tel Aviv hotel of choice and is justly renowned for its prime location overlooking the Mediterranean and splendid beaches edged by the city’s famous seafront promenade. This is the film director’s second trip to Israel and by the looks of it, certainly won’t be his last! The festival was a success and staying at the “madhim” (meaning “stunning” in Hebrew) Dan Hotels was an added bonus.
